Teachers’ Day
Warning: this post will be rather long, if you are interested on what happened on this day, do continue to read on. If you got nothing better to do also, then might want to read on.
Teachers’ day celebration never got any more enjoyable after my Primary 5. However, today I once again felt the fun that I had experienced when I’m in Primary 5. Even though the two spoilers are present, I still enjoyed myself. The teachers actually come together and put up a skit showing the typical Innovian life with a twist of lame humour. Nonetheless the lame humour is comical enough to make me laughed hard. That is when my nostalgic feeling of the concert I’ve been through in Primary 5 comes back. The teachers in my primary school then also performed a skit for us; it is on changing television channel which leads to funny combination of the speech.
For example:
Oh my God! Rooney ramps the soccer ball and right *Zzz…change channel* in the popiah skin.
However, the celebration isn’t the main takeaway for today, the main takeaway was the next three paragraphs to come.
After the concert which ends around 10 plus near 11pm, I wanted to go back to my Secondary School and hence sms-ed Alvin asking if he is going back or not. He didn’t reply anything so, I thought he isn’t going back and I went home. Going alone is not fun. Later on then I found out that he actually went back with Wee and friends. =.=ll| Never reply me, if not I surely join them de lor!
I thought I was late for my secondary 4 class dinner outing and I rushed down to the place as soon as I could but to only found out that the others come later then I do. The meeting time was 5.30pm however the full strength is due at 6.15pm.=.=ll| QQ called James (the organizer) and WanLin to suan them for being so slow and late.
The place James booked was Seoul Garden at Marina Square (MSQ) as it is nearer to Seemun’s working place. The 18 of us were there making the most noise when we are dinning at Seoul Garden, as if it is our home. There were many roars of laughter sitting with NZ, Wee, Samuel and Alvin. They are constantly cracking jokes. I realized that they had no cooking experience before and most of the hotplate food is cooked by me. Even though there are lots of chao da and garlic, Wee still eat it. No doubt this outing I had the most fun laughing with them. When our table (Samuel, Wee, NZ and me) had almost eaten finish, they decided to cook hard boiled eggs! Which is to say that they are going to throw the whole egg into the pot of soup to boil it! Well, in the end the egg really got boiled and is still edible, though I didn’t eat any. Wee also did many pranks that are damn funny.
Wee’s gang and me left early as they want to go for bowling. In the end the alley was full and we can’t play, hence we head back to the restaurant to wait for the others. My only few bars of battery was depleted by a call and left me only the last battery which is enough to make two short call to my mother giving her details where to pick me up later.
When all had finished their food we make our way to the Esplanade. I borrowed Alvin’s phone to make an important call as my batter had already died out. That was when I got to depart from the group to the airport to send my sister off. Thanks Alvin for lending me your phone to call my mother even though you only left two batteries. After, I returned Alvin his phone, its time to wave good bye to them. Before I left Alvin actually gave me a hug which shocked me. Well, don’t know why, my night got brightened.
Waited awhile for the appearance of my aunt’s car as there was a jam and off I go to the New Terminal 3 at Changi Airport! OMG lah! The new T3 is really big, spacey and nice! The design is very eco which makes one feels very comfortable being there. The shops outside (checking in area) aren’t many, however after you went in, there are whole lots of shop! I know it is all because of me that delayed the time and made my sister missed her dinner. However, mother went to buy a toast and give it to her. Hope she will make it safely to her destination for her Student Xcahnge programme. After departing from her, we went to the Kopitiam at B2 to have our dinner (except me, not eating). Then, we left the place already. Speaking of which to explore the place was rather in vain as all of us are tired (except me, strangely...must be the loads of laughter) and the adults needs to work the next morning. (actually is the hug that makes me still feel so energetic!)
Wasted a trip there, that’s all I could say. I so wanted to take many pictures and my battery actually went flat at this time! *curse and swear!*
At 1am, I received a sms from my sister saying bye to us.
Alvin, after that hug, you only make my crush for u more deep =P
