
Oh HOLY!
I can't believe what I see when I stepped on to the weighing machine. My worst nightmare had came true! I had to go on a sliming diet! And please please, people don't ever tempt me again with the good food and please don't give me that kind of attitude when I say I don't want to eat. If, I continue to happily eat and rejoice, I think my worst horror of the reality will come and hunt me.
My aim:
My plan now:- Eat lesser
- Exercise more
- Eat more vegetables and fruits
- Eat light food
- Don't snack when I have nothing to do
- Avoid fried food as much as possible
Don't know why, recently I don't really feel hungry much though. On top of that, I think my appetite is also getting smaller. I used to eat alot but now when I eat extra serving, I will feel super full. Don't worry, I ain't getting any anorexia. It's all under my control. =]
