Why do I have to pay the price when my youngest sister don't do well for her spelling/tests?

Well, I am partly or you can say fully responsible for tutoring her English and Sciences. Can't blame me also mah, as in the previous post, I stated that recently I have alot of out goings; hence I have no time for my youngest sister. I did told her to come to me when she got problems with her work or spelling, but she don't seems to come. I wondered why? Anyway, I too, can't be brothered. I think I have left with no choice, but to make sure that she get good grades back, if not I assume that the next punishment will be bigger?

Oh for those who want to know what is my punishment this time is; its reduction of my next week allowance to 50%. Cruel right?
